I am an owner of three businesses, a wife, a mother and a coach. I have always thought myself as an organized individual. The busier I became, wearing all my hats, I felt I was slipping in the organization department. I called on an expert, Susan Lieber. I was amazed at Susan's abilities and knowledge. She set up systems and a workflow that I would have never thought of. I would encourage, even those who think they are organized, those who wish to improve processes, those who need educated in workflow, and those buried in paper work and clutter to call Susan Lieber for an appointment TODAY.

When my daughters started heading off to college, and my closets were still full of their childhood clothes and toys, I realized it was the right time to reorganize and make room for the next phase of my life. Susan helped me sort the clothes and toys, so that I saved the most special ones, set aside others to pass down to friends and family, and made the largest pile to donate to needy families. I am sentimental about my children's belongings, so at first it was hard for me to part with them, but then I felt good about giving them a second life, and I felt liberated by the open space I created in my home. In the end, our playroom was converted to my studio with shelving to keep all of my photography gear in one place.
The best aspect of the professional help of Leave it to Lieber is that the job got done much more quickly than if I had tackled it alone, and it was much more pleasant and easy to make decisions when Susan was working with me. Susan also taught me techniques for staying organized and tackling a big project on my own in the future. But, if I have a big job and want to get it done quickly, I will call Susan again. The progress we can make in one day is amazing!
Cathy KellyAfter meeting Susan of Leave It to Lieber, I realized my filing system was out of control and that I had not organized my office to work efficiently for me and for what I wanted to accomplish in my office.
Susan helped me to organize my files, change the location so my work efforts were easier for me, and gave me the opportunity to review what information was current and what was outdated. We went through everything in my office, including bookshelves, brochures, written information, audio information and labeled, filed, and organized.
I now know where information is quickly and can put my hands on what I need when I need it without the stress of wasting time searching for something. I also got rid of much outdated info so I have less clutter in the office and now have pertinent info that I know is useful. My workstation is now designed specifically for my needs, so my work flows more efficiently.
Thank you Susan for all your helpful knowledge and suggestions.

I hired Leave it to Lieber to help me with developing an effective organizational process for my work environment. I needed a "system" that would help me to be more efficient and productive in a fast-paced, demanding job. I was constantly playing catch up. Also, I wanted a consistent approach that I could apply over the long term, not just a quick clean up and then eventually revert to my cluttered ways. I am now much more decisive in evaluating my world according to a strategy Susan taught me. To be perfectly honest, I still allow my office (desk, under my desk, shelves, floor, etc.) to get out of hand these days more than I'd like but, the key is that now I have a good system and can quickly get myself back on track.
Personalized service was the best aspect of Leave it to Lieber!!! I felt that it truly was tailored to my needs. Susan spent a couple hours with me upfront discussing my job. She asked what a typical day/week/month is like so that she could understand my challenges. Then, she looked through my office and said it wasn't too terrible—that was a compliment! The best part was that she actually came to my office in 3–4 hour blocks of time to work through ALL the piles of paper. Doing it in that amount of time was manageable and seemed less overwhelming. It also was enough time to feel like we've made real progress each session. We talked about each piece of paper! Why I was keeping it, what purpose it served, if there was a shelf life to the document, etc. It became clear to me that keeping everything was not necessary and was in fact, hindering my effectiveness. As a result, she helped me with developing a streamlined process for handling and prioritizing all the paper that is part of everyday work life. The reason that it works so well is because it's MY process, not hers—she just guided and coached (and sometimes reprimanded!) along the way. It was a very good investment of time and money because it has benefited me long after working with Susan.
Quynh McGuireMoving to a new house after many years of accumulating, we were truly bewildered as well as reluctant to part with ANYTHING. Susan, with reason and logic gently showed us the error of our ways. We really and truly did not need ninety percent of what we had! Not only that, she packed and unpacked and helped us make decisions that really had to be made. Slowly but surely out of what looked like impossible chaos came order. She made things come together beautifully. I really think it would have taken months, if not years, to accomplish what Susan did in days, occasionally a bit longer. Our lives were truly in turmoil. While this may sound like an exaggeration, she made the sun shine again!
Marty Lerner"Susan was able to quickly assess my workspace and see drawbacks and potential that I simply had not been able to see. I knew I had problems—with work flow and storage—but Susan found solutions that were easy to implement, and that fit my budgetary and environmental limitations. It feels better to work in that area now."

Her experience as an occupational therapist flows into her process of organizing and resolving. She clearly understands that within our family, each child thinks differently and Susan is able to respond and organize with them in a sensitive and fun way.
Amongst the piles, the sorting, and the process of organizing, Susan stays on point, keeps me focused and reminds me that it doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to work for me.
Susan recently helped me clean out the attic. I now call it the Attic Diet. Every time, I go up there, I feel ten pounds lighter—and I haven’t gained it back.
(Had to say that, because it’s true.)
